The level is unfixable without major changes due to the first problem.  :-\
So here is what happens if you actually win:

What is supposed to happen: If you cut the four wires in the correct order, the LEDs in the bottom left corner light up and water pours over the the top of the bomb to block electros from detonating it.

I recently checked the Most Played list and noticed that my level "Disarm the Bomb" was somehow ranked pretty high.
However, it messed up (the bomb explodes straight away) every time I tried to load it, so it probably has that many plays because people kept trying to load it properly without success.

After a bit of testing, I found two main issues:
  • Glitch where moving electros disappear or move in the opposite direction when loading the level (old glitch)
  • Cooler/heater function was changed in an update? It was too weak for the detectors to work properly

I might try to make an updated version or something to make up for this.

Now that the music sounds are updated, it doesn't sound as good and it also causes more lag.
I originally tried to remake this on The Sandbox because most of the notes were half-beats (matches with the old noteblock sounds)

Sometimes restrictions need to be put on levels. e.g. disable eraser(because you could erase key parts of the level, or just to make it harder)

Development / How The Sandbox can be improved: Campaigns

What makes this sandbox game different form others is mainly the campaign mode. This means that the developers should focus on this and add more campaign content (after fixing bugs).
Campaign mode needs:
  • More campaigns with more levels
  • Some campaigns that can be bought in different ways (achievements, mana, completing other campaigns)
  • More restrictions on some campaign levels such as in Lonely Human (bar user from using eraser, tnt, electro, temperature system, ect)

Campaigns with a storyline such as Lonely Human are a good idea, they don't always need to have humans in them either.

One thing that puts people off from buying them is the cost for content.
 e.g. I  bought Lonely Human for several dollars, then completed it in under half an hour.

I would've added a ladder to "Quest for stone" if I had played the Lonely Human campaign first.
That campaign really needs a collapsable floor like mine!

The level with the signal fire was also a bit tricky.
The way I passed it was by setting the trees on fire with a heater and normal sensor.

I made a world called "Quest for stone"
It uses the new human npc in a different way from the other posts.
Featuring Bob who is mining for stone in a cave filled with obstacles.
Includes: doors, burning bridge, collapsable floor, fake treasure, buttons, walls, staircase.

I really did not expect "Disarm the Bomb" to make the hot list! Since I made it quite a while ago, I thought it was buried forever.
Hint: If you can't solve it, look at the top right of the world.

edit: That annoying glitch where the electros temporarily flow in the wrong direction upon loading the world can still happen. This makes the bomb explode straight away giving you no chance to win. Bad luck.

Extra elements: Skull bottle with liquid, Sefer character (guy who runs the competition), pocket watch.

This is a MMO sandbox game on Mac and iPad inspired by Minecraft and Terraria.
It is in a post-apocalyptic steampunk setting and is still a very new game!

My username on Deepworld and Deepworld Forums is Oxidis.

It has a great hand-drawn graphics style like this (but no logic gates in the game yet).
In the picture I am on my private world.
