Hello. I know that element loss is common problem after previous update, but i hope you can help me and others somehow...
So i'm using iOS 7.0 on iPhone 4, and usually i have Wi-Fi connection on.
I was playing a long time, I have had all elements which were included before Space update. By the way this is the second time when I lost my elements, also I haven't purchased anything.
I thought that this was a profile reset, but today after installing new Retro update i realized that all of my old saves are still on my phone...
Also this Retro update is causing game to crush after 4 clicks...

So i decided to buy some mana in the in-app store and the charge went through and gave me the mana, but all the items i had already unlocked are no longer unlocked and im still recieving ads when it says any purchase removes ads. So all that mana i boughtis useless as its only enough to re unlock all the stuff i already had unlocked so it puts me back to where i was.

hey crew, ive been wanting to play this game on my iMac for a fair while but havent been able to update my machine until recently, so now i can!
..or can i?
i just downloaded it from the app store, loaded it and it keeps saying i have to check my internet connection...?!
im on this forum while trying it, so my assumption it its working fine! :D
any ideas? please help...

By what mean are you connected to the internet ? access to ethernet wired internet and wi fi
